These twelve strings are the only valid letter groups. After the public draw, each owner is matched to exactly one row.

Random draw procedure

1. Publish owner list in fixed order (e.g. signup order).
2. Publish group list in fixed order (e.g. alphabetical: AD, BY, CI, EG, FJQ, HN, KL, MU, OR, PT, SZ, VW).
3. Run one public shuffle mapping slot 1–12 to group (e.g. random.org list shuffle; note league name + date in the post).
4. No rerolls. Snake draft order on IS stays independent of letter draw.
